    PAYMENT

    • The payment will be in cash directly to the driver.

    • A 10 Euro nightly surcharge will be applied for transfer services performed from 10pm to 06am.

      • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      • In case you are unable to meet the driver at the meeting point, please contact us at the following numbers in order to make a new appointment (+39) 3393331167 or (+39) 06.83084030

      • In case you did not see the driver and you decide to take another taxi or transfer service without contacting us first, we will be forced to charge you, however, the total cost of the booked service.

      • In the event that your exit from the gate is delayed for any reason, such as loss of baggage or at passport control, please notify us as soon as possible in order to warn the driver.

      • The agreed fee includes a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes wait from the estimated time of arrival. For longer waits there will be a surcharge of € 25.00 per hour.

      • It is possible to cancel the transfer without any penalty up to 12 hours prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation a total payment will be required in any case.
