Reception

At the Front Desk, the reception staff are at your disposal from 7:30am to 8:30pm. They have extensive local knowledge and pride themselves in providing an excellent, caring, customized service when helping you plan the most enjoyable stay in the wonderful city of Rome.

They will give you advice on all the finest Italian arts, food and cultural venues in the city, arrange tours and transport to all the major roman attractions as well as to other Italian cities and sites.

They can also book airport taxi transport to and from the hotel. During the closing hours a telephone contact will be available for emergency purposes.

Check in time is from 2:00pm to 8:30pm

Check out time is from 7:30am to 11:00am

Breakfast

A hearty Italian and international breakfast is served from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. A wide selection of fresh, quality sweet and savoury products are available to our guests, with fresh and hot drinks.

For guests who need to check out before 7.00 a.m., by request only, the hotel can prepare a packed breakfast; please notify the reception the evening before departure by 6.00 p.m.

Transfer

If you want to reach the Hotel Le Clarisse al Pantheon from the airports of Rome and the port of Civitavecchia in complete tranquility and comfort, rely on the transfer service*. The seriousness and reliability of the driver will allow you to arrive relaxed and carefree. Clear fares with no baggage surcharge. Payment will be directed in cash to the driver.


A night supplement of €10.00 will be applied for transfers made from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.

Four-legged Friends

Gentle and well behaved four-legged friends are always welcome at the Hotel!

At the rate of € 15 per day your pet will have its own comfy ‘bed’ and a set of bowls for water and food.

Laundry Service

We offer a laundry service on demand. Iron and ironing board are also at our Guests’ disposal for free upon request.

Internet Connection

Free wi-fi Internet connection is available in all of our premises.

Luggage Storage

Guests checking in before 2pm or departing the Hotel after 11am may store their luggage at our reception for free.

Parking

Hotel Le Clarisse al Pantheon is located inside the historical centre of Rome which is a restricted traffic zone. The area is closed to all but residents, taxi and bus traffic from 06.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 2pm to 6pm on Saturdays. The nightly traffic restriction is from 11pm to 03am on Fridays and Saturday.

On Sundays and public holidays there are no restrictions.

The closest car park to Hotel Le Clarisse is ‘Parking Zanna Silla’ on Via delle Zoccolette 30. Reservation is highly recommended. The prices are as follows:

  • What are the reception hours?

    Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM to assist you during your stay in Rome’s historic city centre. If you need anything outside these hours, we’ll let you know at check-in how to reach us.

  • What are check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. For special requests (early/late), we recommend contacting us after booking.

  • What happens if I book and then need to change dates or cancel?

    No problem: all rates include free cancellation. If you need to change dates or cancel, you can do it directly from your confirmation email (you’ll find the change/cancel link there). Alternatively, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

  • What kind of breakfast do you offer?

    We serve an Italian and international breakfast with sweet and savory options, hot and cold drinks, plus gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options. Breakfast is served at your table (not buffet) every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

  • If I leave early, can I get a takeaway breakfast?

    Yes. On request, we can prepare a takeaway breakfast. Just let reception know by 6:00 PM the day before departure.

  • Do you offer gluten-free and/or lactose-free options?

    Yes. On request, we can provide gluten-free and lactose-free options. Please let us know at booking (or before arrival) so we can arrange your tailored gluten-free/lactose-free breakfast.

  • Does the hotel offer a vegan breakfast?

    Yes. On request, vegan options can be available at breakfast, such as plant-based drinks and vegan baked goods (for example, vegan brioche). Contact us after booking and we’ll do our best to have a tailored vegan breakfast ready for you.

  • Are pets allowed at the hotel?

    Yes. Small dogs and cats are welcome. There is a €15/day fee, including a pet bed and bowls for your four-legged friend.

  • Is Wi-Fi free?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

  • Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    Yes. We offer free luggage storage at reception, and there is also a luggage scale available.

  • Do you have parking?

    The hotel doesn’t have on-site parking. The closest affiliated parking is Parking Zanna Silla (Via delle Zoccolette 30), about a 10-minute walk from the hotel (advance booking is strongly recommended).

    To ensure availability and updated rates, we suggest contacting the parking directly well in advance of your stay.

  • Do you offer a transfer service to/from Rome airports and Civitavecchia?

    Yes. A private transfer service is available through a trusted partner to/from Rome airports (Fiumicino FCO and Ciampino CIA) and the port of Civitavecchia. A €10 night surcharge applies for rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Payment is made directly to the driver.

  • Does the hotel offer laundry service?

    Yes. Leave your items at reception and we’ll take care of the rest. On request, an iron and ironing board are also available free of charge.

  • Is there a space to relax or work?

    Yes. The hotel has a small lounge where you can relax or work, furnished with a sofa, desk, and comfortable chair. Wi-Fi, a TV, and a bathroom with shower are also available.
